Our September window featured pictures from two lovely towns in France. Sete, an attractive maritime town referred to by the locals as the Venice of Languedoc and Avignon, a city in southeastern France’s Provence region, set on the Rhône River.
Sete, was a delightful place, quite unexpected, on a day trip from a short cruise it was market day and the town was a buzz of people. Avignon was as expected, stunning, the countryside was amazing, and the smell of lavender, pure Provence. These images, are just a reflection , of the people, the fruit and the history of two very special places…….
